THE FELT SENSE
A curated, public offering that brings together different sensory experiences, mindfulness, light movement, curiosity and play.

MINDFULNESS COACHING
WELL BEING
One-on-one or group mindfulness and/or emotional well-being coaching, customized to each person or group’s needs and intentions.
This coaching offering is focused on tapping into our innate emotional well-being through mindfulness, somatics, embodiment, psychology, philosophy, and more — certified through Wave Life. This is an experiential session, where you will get to learn effective ways to find a sense of spaciousness in your body, leaving you with practical tools and strategies designed for you.

THE MINDFUL PORTRAIT
CAPTURING YOU AS YOU ARE
We will decide together on a space and backdrop before coming together to shoot a portrait of you, before and after an embodied mindfulness experience. This is a highly customizable offering that can incorporate multiple practitioners and modalities.
My creative work revolves around photography, and this experience infuses The Felt Sense with portraiture.
ON THE ROAD
MEETING YOU WHERE YOU ARE
This offering can flex from a fun, light team-building experience, to something a little more direct, such as co-exploring approaches to creativity, productivity and/or well-being through an embodied approach.
